The Organizations share in the cost of group medical, dental and vision coverage for regular full time associates and dependents. Associates are eligible immediately upon date of employment. Contributions by employees are on a pre-tax basis.

The Wachovia At Work program is an employee benefits program provided to associates through our Organizations. The program includes a package of financial services to help save time and potentially reduce cost. And, it gives access to professionals who can help make better financial decisions - now and in the future.

Basic Life and AD&D insurance is provided for you. Additional Voluntary Life as well as dependent life may be purchased.

Spending accounts are offered for out-of-pocket medical, dental, vision, and child care expenses. These are on a pre-tax basis.
