The Email support option provides the capability for a customer to submit via the web site a request for assistance from the NCRB Information Center. This is a very effective tool to use when you cannot locate the information you are seeking within the NCRB-NCRF-NCIGA sites. The following are guidelines on how to submit an Email support request to the NCRB Information Center.
Click on the “Contact Us via Email” shown below. In the “subject field” of the email, please include the business area i.e.. NCRB or category of your issue (i.e. Experience Mod Request, Class Code, Rating Information, etc.). In the body of the email please provide your contact information and the nature of the request.
