The Request for Member Company Address Information form has been revised. Member Companies may now provide email distribution list addresses to receive NCRF correspondence.   This ensures that multiple parties within your company can receive updates and notices and allows 
you to manage and maintain that list.

Please note, this is in addition to, not in place of, each company providing a single point of contact for each role on the Request for Member Company Address Information form.
