NORTH CAROLINA GENERAL STATUTES CHAPTER 58, ARTICLE 37 and include N.C.G.S. 58-37-1, et seq.
The North Carolina Motor Vehicle Reinsurance Facility is commonly referred to now as the North Carolina Reinsurance Facility.
